 Spine Supercharger Pulleys are manufactured on a 6-axis Mori-Deiki lathe which is capable of holding a .0002 (two ten thousandths) tolerance. Pulley cycle time is just under 15 minutes. The pulley is then de-burred, quality inspected, receives a hard coat anodizing, quality inspected again (100% of pulleys receive the quality inspection), and then laser engraved with pulley dimension and model.
