In the 60's there was an idea for the Cobra Jet. A Mustang re-designed from a performance stand point with parts available from the Ford Catalog. It was then that Ford took notice of the drag race afermarket and started producing production race cars knows as the Cobra Jet. In 2008 just a few years after the release of the S197 Mustang Ford stepped up once again with the Production Cobra Jet Mustang.

There have been several variations of the Cobra Jet since 2008. Most every example was supercharged but in 2013 Ford released the Naturally Aspirated Cobra Jet Mustang. The Naturally Aspirated Cobra Jet inspired us to develop a package using Cobra Jet spec parts for that individual who was looking for over 500 HP Naturally Aspirated horsepower and loved the Cobra Jet History. The goal was a fast naturally aspirated car that retains as much Cobra Jet heritage as possible yet remains a street car.

We would like to introduce the Brenspeed CJ519 package. The Brenspeed CJ519 package is designed for 2011 to 2014 manual and automatic transmission mustangs. Our CJ519 package has extensive development on the street and at the track and provides a drastic improvement in power over a factory stock 5.0L Mustang.

CJ519 Features

• Ford Performance Cobra Jet Intake Manifold. Made from light weight composite material this manifold is tuned for high RPM power.
• Ford Performance Cobra Jet Throttle Body. Made from CNC machined aluminum this twin 65mm throttle body has a tapered inlet for consistent high flow.
• Stainless Power headers with 1-7/8" primary tubes with catted 3" X-Pipe.
• JLT designed Cold Air Intake based off the Cobra Jet race car. The design takes into consideration street car use so this includes a molded heat shield.
• Hybrid Brenspeed CJ Engine Calibration. Our CJ519 package includes a Brenspeed CJ inspired engine calibration. Many aspects of the CJ will be found in our drag strip only calibration. Our street calibration is tamed down for street use. The package includes both the street and drag strip ready calibrations.
• 170 degree thermostat for high performance engines, providing high flow to your radiator by mid-180 temps while still providing good all season performance.

Keep Your Air Filter Dry
