BRENSPEED RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Special order items (items that are not listed on our website) are not returnable.
Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. Any modified product absolutely can not be returned. All of our manufacturers exhaust are built and tested to replace your OEM exhaust. If your exhaust does not fit and you make any modifications the manufacturer will not allow the return. Contact the manufacturer or Brenspeed about fitment issues. NO MODIFIED PRODUCT WILL BE ISSUED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!
When repacking an item for return please write your Brenspeed Return Authorization Number on the UPS label. Contact Brenspeed for your Return Authorization Number. Generally, as a ôrule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents.
We do not accept returns on custom tuning, labor, or any special order item.
All returns must be shipped to Brenspeed within 30 days of when you received the item. If the item meets the returned conditions listed above we may charge up to a 20% restocking fee. If you option for a store credit a 5% restocking fee will be charged and the 20% fee will be waived. We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused, damaged or does not meet the return conditions listed above. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on returned products. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges In Case Of Shipping Damage
If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping please contact Brenspeed immediately. If you can provide us a digital picture of the damaged item our response time will be decreased.
Product Refunds - To qualify for a refund our Return Conditions must be followed. Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Team.
Shipping Refunds - Shipping charges on returns are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to domestic Ground, Express or International shipping. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than OpticsPlanet, such as customs or brokerage fees.
Return and Exchange Instructions: If you meet the conditions listed above please contact Brenspeed for a return authorization number. We will issue you a number so you can return the package. No packages sent to Brenspeed are accepted without a return authorization number written on the label. They will be refused and returned to the sender.
