Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Building Maintenance, Maintain / Detail vehicles, and Installation of Induction, Braking, Exhaust, and Suspension systems.
• Inspect, diagnose and accurately and efficiently repair vehicle automotive systems
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities
• General Knowledge of the Brenspeed Production Line.
• Stay current with the latest automotive industry knowledge by continuously learning new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques.
• Travel to events & tradeshows.

Qualifications of an Automotive Technician:

• 1-2 years automotive technician experience. College graduates considered.
• Computer diagnostic and testing ability.
• Electrical repair ability
• ASE certifications or equivalent dealership training certifications are preferred, but not required.
• General mechanical skills
• Must be Computer proficient

We are seeking a well-motivated, hard-working and energetic sales representative for our Service Department and retail sales division to help us with our growing business needs.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

·       Interact with customers and assist them in determining Performance Upgrades and Vehicle         Maintenance, while answer questions, and make product recommendations.

·       Process sales orders and meet individual sales goals

·       Provide energetic, prompt and courteous customer service by phone and in person.

·       Assist other team members and assist with warehouse operations

·       Maintain current product knowledge and stay up to date

·       Resolve customer service related issues as required

·       Make Follow up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction

·       Help develop new prospective customers.

·       Travel to events and trade shows.

Qualifications of a Sales & Customer Service Representative:

• High School degree or equivalent minimum.
• Quick learner & ability to follow instructions.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated, and have the ability to multi-task working in a fast paced environment.
• Have basic automotive knowledge.
• Automotive parts sales experience is preferred but not required.
